Community Visitors Scheme: The CVS aims to improve the quality of life of aged care residents who are lonely or socially isolated by matching visitors to a resident using common interests and backgrounds to achieve the best outcomes for both residents and visitors. Room Hire: Riverina Community College facilities are the perfect venue for your next conference, function, corporate training or professional development session. Our facilities feature several spaces to suit your requirements including large to small corporate spaces, computer training rooms, hospitality kitchen/training room, and beauty and hairdressing schools. Our rooms are furnished with state of the art equipment to ensure the smooth running of your event. Facilities include: Smart boards, computers, television & DVD players, whiteboards, microphones, projectors, disabled access, tea and coffee facilities, reception facilities.

Corporate Training: The Riverina Community College can tailor courses to suit the needs of your business. Whether it may be Hospitality (RSA or RCG), Computer training, etc. speak to the friendly team to see what we can organise for your business!

Smart & Skilled Funding: Smart and Skilled is a reform of the NSW Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. It's helping people in NSW get the skills they need to find a job and advance their careers.

Smart and Skilled provides eligible students with:

  • an entitlement to government-subsidised training up to and including Certificate III
  • Government funding for higher-level courses (Certificate IV and above) in targeted priority areas.

USI: If you are undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation, you will need to have a Unique Student Identifier. A USI will give you access to your online USI account which is made up of ten numbers and letters. It will look something like this: 3AW88YH9U5. To obtain a USI, head to usi.gov.au or give the College a call on 1800 000 212 and we can create one of your behalf.
